Kangaroo Valley Cemetery

The Shoalhaven Cemeteries - The General Cemeteries

Established in 1870, the Kangaroo Valley Cemetery continues to service its community with burial and memorial areas. It is also an important local genealogical resource.

kvcemetery2thIt is a denominational cemetery, providing for the major religions (Catholic, Anglican,  Uniting Church etc)  burials. The "Independent" portion can provide for other religions and secular burial.

There is also a small memorial garden and columbarium KV_VIEW02_smallniche wall for the interment or immurement of cremated remains and commemoration.

The Cemetery is located  on the Moss Vale Road, a couple of kilometres east of Kangaroo Valley village. If travelling from the Nowra (side), look out for the BERRY turnoff on your right (Kangaroo Valley Road). Continue along MOSS VALE ROAD past the turnoff for about 1 kilometre. The cemetery will be on your right.
