Recording of Services
Chapel services are digitally video recorded from two fixed point cameras. Edited videos of the service are available. They are compiled from two camera perspectives; one looking out over the chapel towards the lectern and catafalque area, the other showing close ups of the speakers. If slideshows were played they can be spliced in at the appropriate point.
Multimedia Playback Facilities
The equipment installed in the chapel lets you play recorded audio and video from standard CD, CD-ROM, CD RW, DVD, DVD +R, DVD –R and USB “memory sticks”.
Supported file formats are MP3, DIVX, XVID, MPEG2 and standard audio & video format CD & DVD disks.
There are two standard DVD players. One has a USB2 port. They let you play computer generated digital audio/ video files.
iPod and MP3 players: You can plug the earphone socket of your iPod or mp3 player into the multimedia system.
